Hiring Immediately for Sales Representatives - At Erie Home, our mission is to enhance the

Representative, you play a vital role in achieving this mission by providing exceptional service to our

customers.

Day in the Life as a Sales Representative :

Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.

Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7 : 30 pm (no cold calling required).

Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our industry-leading residential roofing solutions.

Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess damage through ladder or attic inspections.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.

Erie Home’s Culture :

Weekly pay based on your performance, with an average commission of $2,000 per sale, and monthly performance-based bonuses.
