The Role:
The Senior Project Manager is a largely autonomous member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and works closely with business leaders / sponsors, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, business analysts and technical resources (internal and external) to deliver strategic change that increases profit, reduces cost and improves the customer and employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Management
- Effectively plans and leads projects from start to finish, culminating in successful outcomes
- Manages multiple, complex projects/initiatives simultaneously while proactively identifying and managing stakeholders, validating business success factors, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication
Project Implementation & Delivery
- Drives project implementation using proven project management methodologies, keeping delivery timelines and project costs on track and within budget
- Develops and maintains project deliverables—including charters, plans/schedules, risk, communication, stakeholder, change, training, and testing management—and reports to the Executive Leadership Team and ePMO Steering Committee
ePMO Development & Continuous Improvement
- Plays an active role in developing ePMO maturity through best practices
- Leads the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ePMO processes, methods, and tools, including templates, workflows, and project/program/portfolio management systems
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Supports the Director of Project Management & Solution Delivery in fostering a company-wide culture that embraces project management methodologies
- Promotes a collaborative team atmosphere and regularly shares knowledge with others
Candidate Profile and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role managing projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong transformational leadership skills with the ability to lead through influence and clear communication.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient with a variety of technologies, including ERP, CRM, HCM, Automation, and Project Management software.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
