Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of installers, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installation team to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Develop installation plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation activities.
• Train and mentor team members on installation techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of installation materials and equipment, ordering supplies as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring quick resolution.
