This position will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data in support of enterprise initiatives aimed at improving business processes and optimizing the customer experience. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Data Analyst or related role, preferably in a B2C setting.
- Expertise in SQL, Python / R, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI) with a strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in web analytics through tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with best practices for digital attribution and incrementality measurement.
- Solid understanding of statistical measures, probability theory, machine learning techniques, and experience applying them in a business context.
- Familiarity with CRM fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
