Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Assist departments with the interpretation of the financial package and results, including:
- Month-over-month analysis
- Budget versus actual analysis
- Re-forecasting as business results shift
- Analyze the full financial package to identify trends within the balance sheet and P&L and communicate findings with the Director of Finance Planning and Analysis.
- Assist with the quarterly roll for the Board of Directors presentation.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and oversee monthly forecasting.
- Provide data insights to business units and work with them on requests for new metric development.
Process Improvement & Data Visualization
- Create data visualization tools to better display trends and analysis for company and department performance.
- Develop new and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Periodically evaluate current reports and propose automation vs. manual data manipulation.
Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Support
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and special projects and provide department support as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders and effectively collaborate across departments.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adjust to shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
