customers.
Day in the Life as a Sales Representative:
Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.
Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm (no cold calling
required).
Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our industry-leading residential
basement waterproofing solutions.
Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess the damage and air quality
through basement or crawlspace inspections.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
Erie Home’s Culture:
Weekly pay based on your performance, with an average commission of $2,000 per sale,
and monthly performance-based bonuses.
