We are searching for a strategic, hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters in delivering top-tier talent across a growing national footprint. If you are a seasoned leader with a passion for recruitment excellence, data-driven decisions, and team development, we want to talk to you.
This role reports directly to the Director of Recruiting. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be both coach and contributor, shaping strategies and jumping in when needed. Your team may be dispersed across time zones, so flexibility and digital collaboration are a must.
Reports To: Director of Recruiting
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of recruiters to consistently hit hiring targets.
- Roll up your sleeves and support full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles.
- Act as a key partner to hiring managers, Area Directors, and company leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with business goals.
- Forecast staffing needs and refine processes to reduce time-to-fill and enhance recruiter performance.
- Serve as the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) subject matter expert and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Monitor job requisitions, oversee recruiter bonus reviews, and ensure data accuracy within our systems.
- Use metrics and KPIs to drive accountability, track success, and inform improvements.
- Ensure your team delivers a world-class candidate experience from start to finish.
Education and Experience:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with proven success coaching and developing recruiting teams.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
- Comfortable leading teams across remote and hybrid environments, including those in different time zones.
- Strong working knowledge of ATS systems (bonus points for Paylocity or similar platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Work Environment:
- Onsite at our Corporate HQ in Toledo, Ohio
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional travel (<5%)
