Day in the Life as an MIT:
- Begin each day with a team meeting to align, inform, and motivate towards goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager for training and leadership to boost performance.
- Coordinate with departments like Marketing and Installation to unify sales strategies.
- Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm (no cold calling required).
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our roofing solutions.
- Use innovative software for precise measurements and assess damage through ladder or attic inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
Erie Home’s Culture:

Qualifications to a Sales Manager in Training:
- Must currently live in the area and be willing to relocate within the next 12-18 months (company-sponsored relocation).
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance
- Comfortable traveling within an average 75-mile radius of the office (distance varies by office)
- Available for midday, evening, and weekend appointments
- 5 Years Minimum Sales Experience
- 2 Years Minimum Management/Leadership Experience
