As a Sales Manager in Training, you'll receive hands-on leadership development, empowering you to grow into a management role while earning an industry-leading compensation package.
A Day in the Life of a Sale Representative Manager in Training:
- Start your day at the office with a team meeting to align, strategize, and motivate.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager for mentorship and leadership development.
- Coordinate with marketing and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 PM – 7:30 PM (no cold calling or door knocking required).
- Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Use the industry’s best sales tools to provide accurate measurements and assess roof conditions.
- Streamline contract negotiations using our CRM system and close deals that provide real solutions for homeowners.
What We Offer:
- Uncapped earnings potential: our successful sales representatives earn between $125,000 - $250,000 per year
- Weekly pay with a base salary plus commissions that are paid prior to install

- Sales experience preferred but not required—we provide world-class training
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Willingness to travel within a 75-mile radius of the office (varies by market)
- Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments
