About the job :
The Senior Project Manager is a largely autonomous member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and works closely with business leaders / sponsors, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, business analysts and technical resources (internal and external) to deliver strategic change that increases profit, reduces cost and improves the customer and employee experience.

Director of Project Management & Solution Delivery
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Project Leadership & Management
- Effectively plans and leads projects from start to finish, culminating in successful outcomes
- Manages multiple, complex projects / initiatives simultaneously while proactively identifying and managing stakeholders, validating business success factors, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication
Project Implementation & Delivery
ePMO Development & Continuous Improvement
