The Program Specialist/Residential Manager will be responsible for overseeing the residential operations and direct supervision of the Direct Support Professionals and Residential Coordinator in the assigned group homes. The Program Specialist/Residential Manager will also be responsible for directing a variety of cross-disciplinary services for residents in the residential settings inclusive of progress notes, ISP’s / assessments, etc. as outlined below for the group homes assigned.
Base pay rate is $21.50 per hour. Final pay rate based upon experience.
