What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner/Expo position at Erie Hotel & Restaurant?
Responsibilities for Food Runner
- Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order
- Double check the order before it goes to a customer
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct customer
- Update server/bartender on customer status
- Answer any questions from customers
- Refill customer drinks as needed
- Prepare to-go orders for customers
- Stock station with appropriate condiments and keep food at proper temperatures.
- Clean station, equipment, utensils, and silverware and ensure they are stored appropriately.
- Help dishwasher prep and put away dishes in downtime.
- Help bus people wrap silverware at the end of the night.
Hours are typically 5 PM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday is 1 PM to 8 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
