About The Role:
- We are looking for an outgoing and professional individual to join our office team and continue to help us build our business
- The role will have 2 primary responsibilities: #1 Managing, improving and running the companies' marketing efforts; #2 Supporting our Office Manager with scheduling and coordinating inspections
- The person will be based in our office in Bellevue, but will be expected to attend some events on behalf of the company and travel at times
- The person will not be alone, it will be collaborative. However, the person is expected to drive and own processes from end to end.
Responsibilities:
This role will be unique in that every day will likely be different. Please see a list of the responsibilities it will entail - this is not all encompassing and may change:
Marketing Manager (estimated 60 to 70% of time)
- Own social media strategy & content
- Own all marketing collateral/material for the company (brochures, business cards, etc.)
- Produce written content for the company with assistance from team members
- Own outbound marketing
- Attend Realtor events
- Contribute to Realtor board committees and events
Client Coordinator (estimated 40 to 30% of time)
- Answering inbound calls / questions
- Helping clients schedule home inspections
- Coordinating directly with real estate agents
- Coordinating schedules for our inspectors in the field

Location:
Our office is located in Bellevue, OH and the candidate will be required to be in the office most days.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation will be an hourly rate of $17 to $20 per hour depending on the candidates background, skills & experience
