We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Construction Management Interns!

Who should apply?

Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027)
A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred
Candidates pursuing degrees in Architecture, Architectural Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields of study highly preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Construction Management Intern, you will :

Shadow various roles in the Construction Management and Operations department, including (but not limited to) Construction Site Superintendents, Construction Managers and Construction Project Coordinators.

Assist with various construction management tasks such as submittal and RFI review, pay application and change order review, project budgeting and estimation, schedule review, punchlist, etc.

Participate in daily construction project site reviews with Construction Site Superintendents to gain understanding of different aspects of construction process.

Attend various design construction job conference meetings for ongoing projects to learn about the different internal and external project team member responsibilities.

Develop an understanding of both Bluebeam and Procor project management software and assist various Construction Management and Operations departmental staff in the tasks completed in those programs.

Complete various special projects to be determined based on the projects in progress during internship period.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent, required.

Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.

Additional Experience

Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
