- This range represents a national range and the actual salary will depend on several factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the skills, education, training, credentials, location, and experience of an applicant, as well as level of role for which the successful candidate is hired. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus payment.

Position Summary
Oversees health services program design and administration, including workers’ compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ergonomics and other safety- and health services-related programs.
- The successful candidate will work from the Home Office, Erie PA.
- RN license strongly preferred.
- Administers assigned program(s). Interacts with key stakeholders, including Employees, law, HR business partners, management, vendor/carrier in a proactive manner to effectively manage each case from open to close. May include oversight for claims filing or reporting to vendor as needed. Performs regular program analysis to inform changes in program design. Conducts regulatory reporting as required.
- Oversees and/or may provide treatment for on-site, occupational and non-occupational related injuries and illnesses, including emergency situations. Provides crisis intervention as needed and within the scope of the individual. Oversees preparation of medical files as it relates to treatment or coordination with other health services programs, ensuring Employee confidentiality and compliance with related state and federal laws. Documents information into systems.
- Develops and implements section healthcare procedures, policies and programs including flu vaccination administration, CPR/AED and blood-borne pathogen training and physical exams.
- Contributes to design of assigned program(s), including workers’ compensation, ADA, ergonomics, etc. Participates in contractual issues and negotiation of financing arrangements.
- Participates in and/or leads health and safety related project teams. Tracks progress of project and reports to supervisor as needed.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, nursing or related field and five years of related human resources, legal, benefits, or healthcare experience; or
- Associate’s degree in human resources, nursing or related field and seven years of human resources, legal, benefits, or healthcare experience; or
- High School diploma or GED and nine years of related human resources, legal, benefits, or healthcare experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits related law and case management of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) ADA, and workers compensation, required.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet, presentation, word processing and required.
- Registered nurse (RN) designation and current Pennsylvania licensure, Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN-S) and CPR certification preferred.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for this role.
