- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or information technology, or related field, and two years related experience; or
- Associates degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or information technology, or related field, and four years' related experience; or
- High school equivalent and six years' related experience, required.
- Working knowledge of related human resources systems and / or experience with database solutions preferred.
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory and training development techniques or a strong background in eLearning development, preferred.
- An orientation towards customer service is preferred.
- Some knowledge of LMS systems and / or reporting tools, preferred.

Position Summary
Designs, develops, and modifies moderately complex reports using human resources management systems (HRMS) systems. Implements, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains moderately complex systems to support enhancements, process improvements, HR policy changes, regulatory changes and enhance the end user experience.
