Division or Field Office : Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Operations Division Department of Position : Data Technology Department Work from : Corporate Office in Erie, Pa Salary Range : $101,500.00-$150,000.00 Position Summary Senior IT Analyst Erie Indemnity Company d / b / a Erie Insurance seeks a Senior IT Analyst in Erie, PA, responsible for driving transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, the development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology, and implementing changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. Specific duties include : (i) analyzing the highest level and most complex business, technical process, system and / or technical problems; (ii) conducting research, generating comparisons, drawing conclusions, making recommendations, and validating solutions to effect transformational change; (iii) ensuring actions are aligned to enterprise strategies, while providing insight to assist in business or technical direction; (iv) collaborating across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e. business, quality, experience, system); (v) providing practice, discipline and technical guidance; (vi) developing and maintaining relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads in order to ensure consistency; (vii) effectively communicating with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes; and (viii) participating in the execution and implementation of IT solutions. This position is located in Erie, PA, and offers a maximum of 52 remote (within the U.S.) workdays per year. Qualifications Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent), in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, plus five (5) years of experience in a related position. Alternative requirements : an associate's degree (or foreign equivalent), in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, plus seven (7) years of experience in a related position. The required experience must include : (i) 5 years with SQL for Microsoft Servers and DB2 databases; (ii) three (3) years with data warehousing and business analysis; (iii) four (4) years with TOSCA; (iv) three (3) years with selenium; and (v) five (5) years with ALM.
