Position Title: Mathematics Teache
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum and Christian principles.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and spiritual growth.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Incorporate biblical principles and values into mathematics instruction, facilitating students' understanding of the relationship between faith and academic disciplines.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular connections and promote a holistic approach to education.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators regarding student performance, curriculum updates, and other relevant matters.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with educational trends, and deepen understanding of Christian pedagogy.
- Serve as a positive role model for students, embodying Christian values and demonstrating integrity, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
- Contribute to the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, service projects, and special events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Profound understanding of mathematics content and instructional best practices.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes weighing in excess of 40lbs.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Mobility to navigate various campus facilities, including gyms, turf fields, etc.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Algebra I
- Geometry
- Trig or equivalent
- Calculus
- Additional Stem or leadership course for extra curricular (TBD)
