About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Application Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications that enhance our operational capabilities. This role requires engagement with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust and scalable software solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications to optimize internal processes and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements for new software applications.
- Create and maintain application documentation, including functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality performance.
- Utilize best practices in software development methodologies and languages.
- Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enrich application functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose proactive solutions to enhance existing applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on application design and development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Hourly pay: $24.00/hr-$33.65/hr. depending on experience.
