About the Role:
The Marketing Communications Specialist develops and implements communication strategies that advance Eriez’ brand and business objectives. This role bridges the gap between content creation and marketing strategy, ensuring that public relations and messaging efforts are executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute public relations plans in alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Create, edit, and manage content for press releases, case studies, feature articles, and technical papers.
- Manage updates to website content, product literature, trade show materials, and marketing collateral.
- Work with global subsidiaries to localize messaging while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align messaging with business goals.
- Coordinate with external public relations agencies to ensure alignment with media outreach efforts.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee internal communications initiatives, including intranet content and the Global Link employee newsletter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing PR campaigns and working with media contacts.
- Ability to develop strategic messaging while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
