Destination Scheduling Assistant (wfh)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Destination Assistant to join our travel team. This remote position involves assisting clients with planning, coordinating, and booking their dream vacations while ensuring every aspect of their trip runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in researching and selecting destinations, activities, and accommodations based on their preferences and budgets
• Coordinate all aspects of the trip, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and special experiences
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel tips, and destination-specific recommendations
• Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations, upgrades, and exclusive deals
• Handle last-minute travel adjustments, cancellations, or changes, ensuring client satisfaction
• Stay informed on travel restrictions, destination updates, and industry trends to provide accurate advice
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for travel and helping clients craft unforgettable experiences
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required
