As a remote Hotel Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating hotel reservations for individual clients and group bookings. Your primary role will be to ensure that all accommodation is secured, confirmed, and meets the specific needs of travelers.

• Handle hotel bookings for clients, ensuring reservations align with theirtravel itineraries and preferences
• Maintain and update client hotel schedules, confirming details with hotels and communicating with clients about any changes
• Negotiate rates and availability with hotels, securing the best optionsfor clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client's hotel-related concerns and requests promptly
