Travel Reservationist

As a Travel Reservationist, you will assist clients in making their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. You will engage with potential travelers and earn commissions based on successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Reservation Management: Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
• Vendor Coordination: Work with travel suppliers to secure the best options and rates for clients
• Itinerary Creation: Help clients create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience
• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends and promotions to provide clients with valuable recommendations
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to drive bookings
• Post-Booking Support: Provide assistance and support to clients with any inquiries or changes to their reservations
  
  

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for travel is a must
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking platforms are a plus
