The Catron Team partners directly with Zillow, giving agents access to top-quality leads. But we don’t just hand them over—we show you how to turn those leads into closings.
If you have an active real estate license, our training shows you exactly what to do. You’ll learn how to handle live tour requests, set up easy systems, and build a solid base. Many agents here close 2–3 homes a month in their first 90 days using what we teach.
We start with hands-on onboarding. In your first 5 days, you’ll learn how to work leads, hold buyer and seller consults, and review contracts—so you can get out showing homes right away.

Manage transactions for buyers and sellers. Keep your clients informed every step of the way. Write accurate contracts. Handle all listings and purchase paperwork correctly. Use current data to price homes. Help your clients stay competitive. Stay in touch and reply quickly. Fast follow-up keeps clients engaged. Keep your CRM clean and updated. Track all Zillow and other leads.
