The Senior Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations to deliver the best financial experience to its clientele. This role will have an emphasis on business development, employee and client retention, and relationship cultivation in the Augusta region.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of branch experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating employees
- Excellent leadership, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Proven business development experience
