Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting our products and services while engaging with customers in various types of offsite event settings to include: festivals, farmers markets, fairs, and community events. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and customer loyalty through effective communication and exceptional customer service. This is a weekend only job, and you can work as little or as much as you'd like!
Duties
- Conduct product samples to showcase features and benefits to potential customers and sell Erin's Elderberries made products on site.
- Be willing to attend events already scheduled by EE for the year. (all on weekends)
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service.
- Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on brand messaging.
- Assist in organizing visits to and participation in events and activities that enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information about products at events or gatherings and drive sales.
- Seek out new opportunities in the Northern Virginia Area (and beyond) that you would like to go to in an effort to sell EE product and increase brand awareness, communicate those to management and organize and facilitate your participation in the event.
- Must be willing to learn ALL the EE branded products, in depth descriptions and information about ingredients, ways of manufacture and their benefits to be able to speak correctly to our community/potential sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective engagement with customers.
- Ability to perform data collection and analysis to support marketing efforts.
- Experience with product demos and sales techniques is a plus.
- A passion for public speaking and the ability to engage an audience confidently.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
- Have a reliable vehicle that can fit market and event supplies such as: tent, folding table, boxes of inventory, coolers and displays. A medium sized sedan or larger is preferred.
- Have a valid Driver's License.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.95 per hour
