As a Cable Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of cable and internet services for our customers. You will be working with a team of highly skilled professionals to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain cable and internet services for our customers;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently;
- Test cable and internet connections to ensure quality service;
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner;
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in cable or telecommunications industry;
- Familiarity with cable and internet systems and equipment;
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Valid driver's license.
