Retirement Plan Data Analyst - Seasonal

We are currently seeking a Retirement Plan Data Analyst to join our Team in a Seasonal Capacity. January through April 15th deadline.

Position summary:
This seasonal/part-time position is responsible for seasonal high volume projects such as census scrubbing, trust accounting, contribution calculations, ADP/ACP testing and general non-discrimination testing. This position will not be assigned a dedicated client case load.

General purpose:
Deliver Third Party Administrative services to retirement plan sponsors in compliance with IRS and DOL regulations.

Role qualifications:
•5 years plan administration experience.
•Working knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations.
•Proficient MS Office skills and computer skills.
•Proficient knowledge of Relius plan administration software.
•Knowledge of all types of retirement plans.

Position responsibilities:
•Census exports
•Census import and cleanup
•Late deferral calculations
•Brokerage trust accounting
•Special projects from the team leader to aid in the completion of the annual valuation
•Perform testing (includes, but not limited to ADP/ACP testing and general Non-Discrimination Class Allocation / Cross Testing, Coverage Testing, Last Day Testing, Compensation Exclusion, Top Heavy).
•Review of plan contribution activity and plan assets and annual reconciliation of plan loans and assets.
•Contribution calculations and projections
•Form 5330 preparation, and calculation of earnings on late deposits.
•Calculates excess contributions (415 Limit and ADP/ACP).
•Assembling annual valuation reports for client delivery
