X-Ray Technician/Medical Assistant

**Sign on bonus**

Must have LMRT (limited scope X-Ray tech) or RT (radiology tech) certification/license.

Pay is based off experience

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, as directed by physicians
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, and collaborate with radiologists to interpret results
- Maintain patient records and documentation of procedures performed

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technician or in a similar role
- Proficiency in performing diagnostic evaluations using medical imaging techniques
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as an emergency room or urgent care setting

Skills:
- Strong technical skills in operating X-ray equipment and other medical imaging devices
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate positioning and image quality
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and medical professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
