At least four years experience in one or more of the following trades: heating, air conditioning, electrical installation and maintenance, hospital maintenance, electronics, bio-medical repair, refrigeration, plumbing and heating, or commercial construction. Preventive maintenance experience useful and preferable. Job requires good verbal skills and basic familiarity with Microsoft computer software.

Must have a valid NC driver's license and be able to be insured by the facility's insurance carrier.
