Facilities Maintenance II Team Lead

Facilities Maintenance II Team Lead Job Summary :
This position is responsible for assisting in executing facility maintenance of Springfield Underground, the Frisco Building, and other Erlen Group Real Estate Division properties. This person will be required to perform lead responsibilities for the General Superintendent for projects associated with the Group. The person occupying this position will serve as a contact for vendors and tenants within the Real Estate Division and is expected to represent the Group in a professional and courteous manner.
Facilities Maintenance II Team Lead Duties / Responsibilities :
- Diagnose building and facility issues and either repair or schedule needed contractors
- Execute general maintenance programs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute routine maintenance, repairs, and construction
- Supervise and coordinate activities of a Team to keep the Real Estate division accessible to tenants and in good working order
- Ability to manage 3rd party contracts and contractor while overseeing their scopes of work
- Ability to perform tasks related to concrete, plumbing, carpentry, welding, equipment repairs / maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for training and the development of other Facility Maintenance Team Members on a variety of construction skills
- Coordinate with Structural Integrity, Grounds Maintenance, and Refrigeration Maintenance Teams to serve the Groups tenants
