JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Erling Sales Administration Manager, you will be the "product expert" of the sales team. Your role is to develop the relationships with our key suppliers in order to best support our sales process. It is your responsibility to be a sounding board for all sales questions in order to facilitate a smooth process for both our team as well as customers

A PREVIEW OF YOUR DAY
- Develop relationships with key supplier personnel to facilitate support and responsiveness to sales related questions· Be the “product expert” for our primary product lines and transfer this knowledge to the sales team.· Ensure that all sales activity, including all proposals and quotes, are generated and recorded in Dynamics 365.· Review all quotes for accuracy BEFORE they are given to the Procurement department to execute purchase orders· Receive all incoming sales phone calls and sales emails, gather all basic information, and then route them to the responsible sales professional.
- Act as the liaison between the sales organization and other departments within Erling to ensure that Sales and other departments are in sync relative to customer commitments.
- Attend and participate in all sales meetings, trade shows and other sales related events.
- Review all proposals for accuracy BEFORE they go out to the customer.
- Thoroughly understand the proper equipment features and configurations for our primary product lines and ensure they are the right fit for a given customer.
- Maintain awareness of supplier promotions and ensure that our sales team is aware of any promotions

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus
- 2 years’ experience in sales or related field
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
- Authorized to work in the United States
