ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant to join our growing Mergers and Acquisitions team. Our Mergers & Acquisitions team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market while also servicing an existing large client base. To support the successful delivery, ERM is seeking experienced Principal Consultants to manage and deliver a range of projects, while working with ERM’s subject matter expert teams on related follow-on project tasks. In this role, the successful candidate will focus on EHS due diligence in a variety of sectors, including O&G, infrastructure, manufacturing, private equity and finance sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver medium to large size due diligence and EHS projects from local to global scale for private equity and corporate clients.
- Analyze information to understand and articulate commercial consequences of environmental, health, and safety as well as social and climate change issues.
- Collaborate across regions and global practice communities.
- Establish strong working relationships with clients through project delivery.
- Advise clients on liabilities, risks and opportunities associated with transactions.
REQUIREMENTS :
For the Principal Consultant, Transactions (Principal Level) position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $119,000 – $145,703 (USD). An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
