We are looking for an organized professional to apply self-initiative, technical quality and creativity, and maintain a positive team attitude to support our Power Platform team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement creative operational concepts across multiple projects.
- Operational design concepts include usage of technology to optimize and add project efficiencies.
- Transform and condense ideas and processes into graphic representations.
- Present operational concepts to internal/external clients clearly and concisely.
- Conduct research to inform design concepts.
- Work with reports: Data structure design, processing, data scrubbing, and design polished client deliverables.
- Provide high-quality support while successfully managing multiple deadline driven tasks.
- Complete work assignments in accordance with ERM’s format and quality standards.
- Recent graduate to 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite and MS Power Platform. Ability to comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations in MS Excel.
- Previous experience with MS InfoPath, MS Access, MS SharePoint, MS SharePoint Designer, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, MS Power Bi, MS Forms, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe LiveCycle, or Adobe InDesign preferred, but not required.
- Experience with form creation preferred, but not required.
- A collaborator and self-starter, who is detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Creative, intellectually rigorous and inquisitive. Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills and apply the knowledge to real business solutions.
- Adaptive, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline driven, dynamic environment.
