Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance scheduling and tracking

Familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical experience
Ability to manage maintenance staff effectively and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management practices
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
