Requirements and Description
Job Responsibilities : Conducting quality control, ensuring that all work performed under his / her supervision is done in a timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable codes.
Responsible for coaching / counseling employees on the company’s policies and procedures.
Establish, implement, and supervise periodic Janitorial Agent schedules and procedures.
Ensure that all employees assigned as a team under his / her responsibility comply with all Federal, State and local laws.
Manages inventories supplies and equipment.
Investigates and implements new and improved cleaning instruments and methods.
Develops, proposes and manages special projects and other related duties assigned and needed.
