We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility. This critical role involves managing production, quality assurance, safety protocols, and maintenance activities to achieve exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership in plant management, including oversight of all plant activities to ensure optimal operations and meet production targets.
- Strategic decision-making in manufacturing processes, quality control, supply chain management, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to the highest standards, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.
- Maintaining the highest quality standards in all products produced, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures that foster a culture of safety within the plant, exceeding industry standards and protecting all employees.
- Evaluating and improving manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Overseeing the training and development of plant staff, ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Management of production scheduling and inventory control to meet production demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordination of timely and accurate shipping of products, aligning with customer requirements and company logistics strategies.
- Leadership in staffing efforts, employee engagement, and retention initiatives, building a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of improving operations and achieving results in plant or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, supply chain management, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
- Exceptional servant leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams while building employee engagement.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
