About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to support our Inside Sales team during the summer of 2025. This role provides hands-on experience in sales operations, order management, and ERP systems, offering a valuable opportunity to gain practical business experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Inside Sales team by checking for accuracy in order entry, verifying acknowledgments against purchase orders.
- Help update quarterly pricing in the system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Transfer open orders into LN, the new ERP system.
- Assist in working up quotes within the system.
- Support other sales-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any area of study.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to retain and apply information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Exposure to ERP systems and order management processes.
- Valuable skills in sales operations and data accuracy.
