Organize process flow of production area and actively participating in the manufacturing process. General production, and warehouse functions including machine operation, general machine maintenance, material handling, and inventory maintenance
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Set up and operate machines
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ensure the proper training of personnel
- Enforce company rules and regulations
- Enforce production processes
- Load and Unload material
- Monitor safety and quality

- Train employees in Area
- Ensure that accident reporting and accident investigations are timely and thorough
- Perform operational practices and observe work to ensure compliance with standards
- Communicate team concerns to Supervisor or Human Resources for action
- Record production data as required
- Work with support departments to develop and implement productivity improvements
- Summarize and communicate area activity
- Must be able to read, speak and understand English
- Overtime and Saturdays may be required as determined by the Company. when conditions require employees to work extra hours to satisfy customer demands. When this happens, employees will be expected to work overtime at the Supervisor’s request.
- Education and/or Experience High School/GED or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience.
- Computer skills must have basic computer skills.
- Communication skills both verbal and written a must.
- Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common production reports and company documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the work team. Ability to effectively present information to management or work teams
- Mathematical Skills Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Forklift Operation. Training and certification available
