Job Description:
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? Ermine Lovell Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Office Administrator to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, assisting sales associates with transaction management, overseeing and managing our rental properties, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office activities including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Manage rental properties operation.
- Maintain, manage, and update of rental listings on MLS, company website, and other online platforms.
- Prepare and manage relevant real estate documents sometimes including contracts, listing agreements, and closing paperwork.
- Assist with marketing efforts by creating flyers, brochures, and updating social media accounts.
- Track and manage office supplies and ensure the office is fully equipped for daily operations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payments, and tracking commission payouts.
- Coordinate and organize client files, property databases, and transaction documents.
- Assist with event planning for open houses, client appreciation events, and other office functions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in office administration; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with real estate software (e.g., MLS, Transaction Desk, Docusign) preferred, CANVA a must!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, clean and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
