At Mesquite Rehabilitation Institute, our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 11 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification and Hi Fracture Certification. At our 30-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Mesquite and the surrounding communities. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!
As the Business Development Liaison you will work with the Clinical Liaisons to determine if they meet the admissions criteria in additional to preparing strategic development plans, conducting marketing calls, and presenting the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience
- Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrates high ethical standards in selling company programs and services
- Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc. that impact overall hospital operations.

Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public. Prepares a development plan, conducts calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
