Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A successful completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (preferred)
- Experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice
- Familiarity with accreditation standards, including those set by state and accrediting agencies such as TJC and CMS
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
