At Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital, our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 7 years and has earned The Joint Commissions Parkinsons Disease Certification and Stroke Rehabilitation Certification. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving South Ogden and surrounding areas. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities :
Under the direction of a physical therapist, may be involved in implementing treatment plans with patients. Performs components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising physical therapist. Records the patient's responses to treatment and reports to the physical therapist the outcome of each treatment. Integrates the hospitals mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
