Overview
Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Stockton and surrounding areas. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years clerical experience in a health care setting preferred
- Previous staffing / scheduling experience a plus.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Responsible for activities which ensure the hospital is appropriately staffed at all times, including scheduling.
- Assists the CNO with staffing and scheduling.
- Maintains master schedule and daily staffing assignments
- Maintains and tracks staff attendance occurrences.
- Maintains master book with requested ETO forms
- Assists with finding staff coverage due to call-ins.
- Assists CNO with daily time edits in payroll and correction of timesheets as assigned.
- Collaborates with CNO, Nurse Manager & Human Resources to support new hire onboarding for department. i.e., coordinating training schedule, assigning preceptor, sending new hire communications, and creating nursing staff welcome packets.
Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21.00 to $30.00Minimum Salary
