Job Title: Van Driver PRN
Job Summary: We are seeking a Van Driver PRN to transport patients, staff, or equipment to and from various outside appointments, clinics, nursing facilities, or other ancillary locations via hospital-owned van.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport patients, staff, or equipment as needed
- Ensure timely arrival and departure from destinations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for passengers
- Integrate the hospital's mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice
Requirements:
- Valid state driver's license
- Driving record meeting the standards of the Transportation Policy
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification
- Six months of van transport experience (preferred)
