What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder 1st shift position at Ernest-Spencer Companies?

Skills / Qualifications :
- Structural welding experience
- Experience welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel projects
- Layout and fitting experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Experience working with overhead cranes
- Must be able to pass company welding test
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Must be able to use measuring instruments, i.e. measuring tape, level, etc.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and lifting evaluation
1st Shift : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm (Monday-Friday) - OT as determined by production demands
