We're currently seeking an Executive Director of Operations in Romulus, MI. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, benefits, and a wonderful company culture.
The Executive Director of our Detroit division will report to the Regional Vice President and work closely with the executive team to manage daily operations through effective leadership, direction, and motivation of all employees. This role has full P&L responsibility.
- Develop and maintain a yearly business plan that includes programs for improving the company's profitability.
- Maximize division profitability by implementing service and inventory management efficiency programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in a GM or Director Level position required. Advanced degree a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and results-driven performance.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships across organizational boundaries and leading/influencing others.
- Capable of organizing and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to write procedures using original techniques or style.
- Ability to make persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software, order processing systems, project management software, and database software.
