About The Role
The Plumbing Foreman is a critical leader at PipeFlow Pros (an Ernest company) responsible for providing direction to the on-site team to complete the project on time while maintaining the highest standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Plumbing Foreman is directly responsible for the successful management and completion of the construction projects.
What You'll Do
Supervise, evaluate, and motivate, field project team members by promoting high quality and safety standards.
Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work
Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades
Work closely with your Superintendent to ensure successful, on time, and quality project completion
Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service
Ensure all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards
Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project schedules
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and logs
Adhere to PipeFlow Pros’ standards of quality, safety and best practices
What You'll Need
At least 5 years as a plumbing field supervisor managing crews and running multimillion dollar plumbing construction projects
Complete and thorough knowledge of contract drawings and specification interpretation necessary to effectively purchase and carry out the work of this trade
Must be comfortable with deescalating and speaking with customers directly
Strong experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration
Additional certifications such as NATE, LEED, OSHA 30, ASSE 6010 Certification, and Backflow Prevention Certification preferred
Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes and construction safety requirements
Knowledge in managing Hydronic Systems and / or HVAC Air distribution systems a plus
Project management experience
Extensive experience using microsoft office and / or g-suite, Bluebeam, Procore, and FASTpipe
Valid driver's license
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Strong Spanish verbal and written communication skills
