People Consulting (PC) – Change Management : Senior : This position could be located in TX (primary), MA, NY, PA, VA, DC, GA, NC, IL, MN, CO, CA, OR, WA.

The Opportunity
We help clients understand, secure, and improve their people agenda. As part of our team you’ll support organizations’ adaptation to key market trends like the growing emphasis on the employee experience, digital technology enablement, innovation, and the globalizing workforce. From day one you’ll work with clients across the spectrum in industry, size, culture, and region. Likewise, you will partner with analysts, partners, interns and client executives on large-scale transformations to help build a better working world.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and assist key stakeholders to manage change in their organization.
- Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of training programs from start to finish.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $99,600 to $164,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $119,600 to $186,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
