As a Senior Manager in Business Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. You will be the linchpin connecting technology with key business functions, ensuring effective engagement and the delivery of complex solutions. Your expertise will be critical in crafting business capabilities that align with processes and deploying technological solutions to enhance operations.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions
- Drive innovation and thought leadership
- Manage commercial relationships and client engagements
- Engage in revenue generation and client relationship management
- Lead program and project management, with necessary travel to meet client needs
- Identify sales opportunities and collaborate on RFPs
- Manage engagement economics and develop resource plans
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen
- Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, or act as the delivery lead for a support operation
- Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels, manage client governance and develop future opportunities

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,000 to $342,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,000 to $389,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter / Summer breaks, Personal / Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
